At The Walt Disney (Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong Jane was Executive Director of Organizational Development. She was responsible for leading all talent management, cross-cultural leadership development, and organization and culture change initiatives across Asia Pacific. Whilst at Disney, Jane designed and implemented a business driven action learning program focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship for high potential talents across multiple business segments.
