Born in Washington DC and raised in Louisiana, Cecelia “Cece” Gonzalez is CEO and President of BCA Executive Recruiters – a nationally recognized retained search firm devoted entirely to the Human Resources profession.
BCA helps Fortune 500 companies build world class HR Leadership teams by leveraging the BCA talent network to find the right candidate for the right position. BCA has placed candidates with clients such as Nestle Waters, Transamerica, Dryers Ice Cream, and Marsh & McClellan.

Cecelia is an active volunteer at Grace Point Church and Santa Fe Christian Schools.
The last names are no coincidence – Cecelia is married to her friend and business partner, Joe Gonzalez.
