Joe Gonzalez joined

Prior to joining BCA, Joe developed his exceptional client and customer
service skills in the financial industry. His extensive exposure
to Fortune 500 companies has allowed Joe, and BCA, to build a reputation
for quick and effective delivery, diversity recruitment and continued
success with difficult and focused requirements.
Joe uses an in-depth
assessment process focusing on a candidate’s accomplishments,
behaviors, adaptability, impacts, attitudes, and motivations. While
recruiting for a range of senior and executive level positions within
the United States, Joe has developed expertise as an accomplished
recruiter and consultant in the areas of employment, executive search,
evaluation and organizational planning. He has an extraordinary
history of identifying and placing key HR leadership professionals
for clients who demand flawless search execution.
Joe is an active member
of several professional organizations, including the Society for
Human Resource Management. He also enjoys volunteering within his
community with local youth and other charitable organizations. Joe
and Cecelia reside in Del Mar, California with their two children.

Cecelia’s approach
is highly consultative, leveraging both her vast experience in the
human resource search practice and her intuitive assessment skills.
She has built an extensive personal network of senior HR Leaders
within many Fortune companies, permitting her to find the most qualified
candidates to drive business results. Cecelia earned a degree in
Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University and has
hands-on experience in corporate human resources. This background
enables her to relate to the search process from the perspective
of both the client and the search firm.
Cecelia is a very
active member in her church and in many philanthropic organizations,
including Childhelp USA and Canine Companions for Independence.
Cecelia is also a member of the Human Resource Planning Society
and the Society for Human Resource Management.
